Home Inspection

A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible structure and systems of the building.

A home inspection provides you with an opportunity to learn about the condition of the numerous systems that make up a home. If you're not familiar with a particular system or an item you'll have the opportunity to learn about it so you can properly use and maintain it. This is why we strongly encourage you to attend the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. The inspection process typically takes 2-1/2 to 3 hours for a house.  A report will be created based on the findings during the inspection that is emailed to you and any other parties that you specify.

Condo & Townhouse inspections typically exclude common areas and common elements because they are maintained by the condo association and access to these areas are sometimes limited or not available. The inspection process typically takes 1 to 2 hours for a condo.

During the inspection I will point out the defects both major and minor.  An experienced professional inspector can determine if there are any issues the seller should repair before purchase.  Some repairs can cost you thousands if not addressed prior to purchase.  We will email you the Home Inspection Report within 48 hours.  The Termite Inspection Certification will be given to you at the time of the inspection, if not will be emailed to you with your inspection report.
